It's a new day at Gouverneur Hospital. And a day can make a world of difference.

We have made significant investments in people, facilities and programs, and are proud to offer new specialty services and an unprecedented level of care our community has not seen for years. We continually assess the needs of our community and employ the strictest quality and safety standards as we expand and improve our services.

We thank you for your trust and are honored to serve you and your family today, and in the many years ahead.

Patient-Centered Primary Care

When you are a patient of Gouverneur Hospital, your care is our number one priority. Our Patient-Centered Medical Home model was designed to deliver healthcare services that specifically meet the needs of our communities. Our Health Centers are striving toward national certification in this model and we are working to certify all of our primary care practices. Whether you need a routine check-up or want to make an appointment with a specialist, you now have access to comprehensive primary care that offers affordable, efficient, and high-quality healthcare where you need it, when you need it. Visit Gouverneur Hospital's primary care team at our health centers in Antwerp, DeKalb, and Edwards (or visit affiliate primary care practitioners in Gouverneur) for quality care close to home.
